HairTech, Inc. wants our customers to have a positive experience with all of our Paris Hilton products. All products purchased directly from HairTech, Inc. comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are either unsatisfied with the performance of one of our products, or the product is defective, we will simply refund your money either by credit card or by check, dependent upon how  the original payment was made at the time of the transaction. Further, if you choose to have HairTech, Inc. replace a defective product, HairTech, Inc. will replace the product free of charge, including shipping and handling.

HairTech, Inc. provides a grace period of 14 days from shipment before the 30 day period for return begins, please note: Date used for grace period can be found on the bottom of the shipper label or on the packing slip

To return any product, HairTech, Inc. requires a Credit Return Authorization Number; please call (888) 354-8269 to receive your Credit Return Authorization Number. All returned goods must be shipped to our designated facility prepaid freight, any items received freight collect will be returned to sender. All items returned must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.  Any credits provided upon return of merchandise will exclude original shipping and handling fees.  All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise at our designated facility, provided proper documentation is provided, including but not limited to: Return Authorization Number, Name and Address of purchaser. Please designate original method of payment and indicate if refund is for check or credit, if check, please indicate full name on check and mailing address. If credit card other than original purchaser, please provide name, credit card number and address and phone number.

Please note:

• When returning products, ship at your own expense, please make sure the shipment is insured, as HairTech will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods during shipment.

• Mark the outside of your return shipping box with your Credit Return Authorization Number and your first and last name in clearly printed letters.

• Return the products in the original packaging, with any other items that were included in the original shipment.
